• Shore crossing studies.
• Coordination of pipeline stability and protection design.
• Initiation, development and implementatation of alternative pipeline stabilization method based on deep-water dredging.
• Development of alternative pipeline stabilisation systems (no-cover rock berm design, dredge and backfill, and gravity anchors).
• Shore crossing design, based on open-cut dredging, shorepull and trench backfill.
• Development of tendering and contracting strategiy for shore crossing construction contract.
• Compilation of ITB packages for shore crossing construction, dredging, rock quarry and rock dumping.
• Tender evaluation of following construction packages: dredging, (earshore) pipelay, rock quarry and rock dump.
• Provide support to dredging approvals processes.
• Contract and management of shore crossing construction contract.
